Fans of hiking and cyklotourism will surely be attracted to the biggest water reservoir in Slovakia, Liptovská Mara. Its surroundings are offering great possibilities for walks and trips. Construction of the dam required moving of inhabitants of several communes which were inundated, including several cultural and historical monuments, although the most important of them were moved out and now you can find them in the Museum of Liptov village in Pribylina.
