At first Gaderská valley is sprawling from Turčianská basin to the southeast, then twisting to the southwest and continues up to the ruins of castle Blatnica. Its slopes are rocky as you can see on the edges where is missing a forest. The valley is divided a little bit higher into two parts: Vlkanová which is all cut into the limestone and dolomite, Dedošová is formed in less resistant marl and this is making the relief more smoother. From side valleys accessible for tourists are a beautiful Konsky dol valley or Vápenná. The Reservation Padva and carst Vratna valley are not marked, and thus they are not open for free tours.
