The Vodar Apartments are located in the new apartment house in a quiet part of Novy Smokovec, directly at the foot of the southern slope of the Slavkovsky Peak, at an altitude of 1.040 m above sea level. The apartments are just 1 km distant from the town of Stary Smokovec (the High Tatras administrative center). At a distance of 500 m there is a train stop of the Tatra Electric Railways connecting the surrounding Tatra settlements – Strbske Pleso, Stary Smokovec, Tatranska Lomnica with Poprad – a city nicknamed Gateway to the High Tatras.
